Nextricity is led by Erik Nylander, Founder & Principal, who brings 30 years of experience across technology, accounting, and operations — a cross-disciplinary background that shapes how Nextricity works. The best outcomes happen when technology and business goals move together, and Erik has spent his career bridging both.
That experience includes leadership roles inside organizations running enterprise applications — across ERP, CRM, custom development, Azure, automation, and the broader enterprise stack. Having been the person internally responsible for these systems, Erik understands the operational realities his clients live with, and what it takes to deliver technology that actually drives value.
It also includes 6+ years at Microsoft, implementing Power Platform and Azure solutions for organizations modernizing how they operate. Today, that work extends into applied AI — building intelligent automation and AI-driven solutions that help organizations work smarter, not just faster.
